Youth Road Safety Education (YRSE) uses a small number of technologies to operate this website, understand its use and improve the information we provide.
Section 01
Your choices
When you first visit, you can accept all technologies or manage your preferences. Analytics & visitor insights is off unless you actively enable it. The preference panel also provides a direct option to reject optional technologies.
Your choice does not affect access to the Website or the contact form, and you can change it at any time.
Section 02
Strictly necessary technologies
These technologies support functions you request or remember your privacy choices. They are not used to measure your browsing.
| Provider and name | Purpose | Party | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
YRSEyrse_privacy_choices | Records the preference version, whether analytics and visitor insights were accepted, and the date of the choice. | First party | 180 days |
Section 03
Analytics and visitor insights
YRSE uses the following services only after you enable Analytics & visitor insights. If you decline, their scripts are not loaded and no consent-status ping is sent to them by YRSE.
| Provider | Purpose | Storage and typical duration | When it loads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Measures visits, returning visits and Website engagement. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. | First-party _ga and _ga_G-VGSKDKE4LL cookies. Google states a default duration of two years, subject to browser limits and property settings. | Only after consent |
| Zoho SalesIQ | Provides visitor-journey insights. Visitor tracking remains available but the live-chat launcher is hidden. | May use first-party visitor and visit identifiers and Zoho-domain security storage. Zoho documents durations ranging from the browser session to two years, depending on the item used. | Only after consent |
| Zoho PageSense | Provides Website behaviour and engagement analysis. YRSE does not automatically enable recordings, tests, personalisation or push notifications. | May use PageSense visitor, visit or experiment storage. Zoho documents session-based storage and, for some enabled features, identifiers lasting up to one year. | Only after consent |
Where technically possible, accessible first-party analytics cookies and storage are removed when consent is withdrawn. Some third-party storage can only be controlled through the relevant provider or your browser settings. Reloading the page after withdrawal prevents these analytics scripts from loading again.
Section 04
Zoho contact form
The contact page includes a Zoho Forms form requested by the visitor. It remains available whether detailed analytics is accepted or declined. Zoho Forms may use technologies needed to load the form, maintain its security and submit an enquiry.
Analytics consent is not required to contact YRSE. If the embedded form is unavailable, you can email admin@yrse.org.
Section 05
Changes to this Cookie Policy
YRSE may update this Policy when the Website, its technologies or legal requirements change. A materially new optional purpose will not be treated as covered by an earlier choice. Where a new choice is needed, the consent panel will be shown again.
Section 06
